Our goal is to help you make the best decision for your situation. That means we do two things. First, we want to understand what you want and what you need. Then, we want to use our experience to help you get exactly that, whether that’s helping you select the right product, estimating the cost of your product, or connecting you to a trusted installer to finish the job.

Consultation.

We offer free, in-home consultation.

To get started, we want to understand your household and your needs. We discuss what to expect: What’s the traffic like? What about moisture? Do you have young children? Pets? We also try to anticipate the unexpected.

Then, we try to help you select the right product for your needs and situation, including bringing samples to your home.

Finally, we take measurements so that we can provide you with an estimate.

Estimates.

We provide free estimates. We want to give you as precise an estimate as possible. Our goal is to help you understand both the cost of the materials, any challenges of your space (such as an permanent fixtures, lots of corners, stairs), and demolition/installation so that you can make an educated decision about which flooring is right for you.

Installation.

Our hope is to make the installation process pain-free without being pushy. We can connect you with a trusted installer or just coordinate with an installer you’ve chosen yourself. We’re also happy to give you advice on how to do it yourself,
