Who We Are

Hi! We’re Sean and Jenn.

We met at church in 2018, became friends, got married in 2020, had our daughter (Lydia) a little over a year later, and started Hays Co Flooring in 2022.

I (Sean) have been around flooring all my life. I would hang around at my grandfather’s flooring distribution company when I was “home” sick from school, helped my mom and then my brother open their own flooring stores, and have worked in wholesale distribution since 2018. I (Jenn) moved from Omaha to Austin in 2010 as part of a church plant (where I met Sean!) and have devoted most of my professional life to serving children with autism.

Together, we are building a family business where we can work alongside one another and serve the community. That means listening to our customers’ wants and needs, being honest with them, helping them select the right product for their situation, and treating them with respect.
